The usual questions
Does moving my data cost anything?
No. Migrating patients, appointment history, notes and balances from your current system is part of getting started, on every plan.
What happens to my records if I leave?
You export them. Your patient records are yours, and the export includes patient details, appointment history, clinical notes and financial records in open formats. There is no fee and no notice period for taking your own data out.
Do you charge per patient?
No. Plans are priced by the number of practitioners, so a busy clinic does not pay more than a quiet one of the same size. Each plan does carry a patient record allowance, shown on the cards above, and moving up a tier is how you raise it.
We have more than ten practitioners. What then?
The plans above cover clinics up to ten practitioner accounts. Larger groups and multi-location practices are set up directly with us, so book a demo and we will size it around what you actually run.
Is there a contract?
A monthly plan can be changed or cancelled at any point. An annual plan runs for the year you have paid for. Either way, cancelling leaves your records available to export.
What does the free trial include?
The whole platform. Nothing is held back during the trial, including the security and audit features. If you want your real data in it so you can judge it properly, ask and we will import a sample.
